May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month, which has been a time to celebrate and promote physical activity since Congress gave it that designation in 1983.  Experts agree that physical activity is key to improving the quality of our lives and even small amounts can make an impact. I’m not an expert in the field, but since I know someone who is, today we’re turning the blog over to him – my coach, Jonny. I have a high bar for those who coach me, and Jonny surpasses that hurdle time and again.  He’s stayed the course with me as I’ve gone from dragging myself to workouts to having it be a top priority on my calendar.  Listen and watch as Jonny shares his expertise on the benefits of physical activity and how to get started.
