I’m back from a wonderful trip to Seattle to visit my son, Pat, and his new girlfriend, and my daughter, Kat. Our plan was to be in Seattle for a couple days and then drive to Olympic National Park and spend 3 days exploring the Park. We were on planes, rode trains, drove cars, went on ferry rides to two islands, and walked over 106,000 steps in 5 days. A true adventure!

Here are some of the highlights:

We hiked a few trails, but the coolest was this man-made tunnel that we walked through on one of the hikes. The photo is of my daughter, son, and friend.

My son, Pat, loves hockey and plays in an adult league. Fortunately, we were able to see one of his games and he scored a goal!

It was a great adventure and having done it with my two children was priceless!

We’d love to hear about your adventures and see your travel pictures.
