What do you do now that you know what your ideal work environment is? If you missed our last three blogs on the 9 Enneagram Types and their ideal work environment, we’ve provided a summary of them below. You might ask, “how it is possible to even think about an “ideal” right now?” Yes, it does seem far-fetched, but we believe that, despite the uncertainty, you can get moving toward your “ideal” in not just your work, but in your life and relationships as well. In this blog, we’d like to help you do that.

As we see it, you have several options before you. You can accept the “new normal” and go with the flow waiting for the “next” to happen to you or you can learn from it and get moving in the direction you want to go or you continue to feel stuck and unsure what to do next. We have designed a worksheet (click to download) that invites you to reflect on what you need to accept about where you are right now, capture what you have and are learning, and get moving!

Set aside some time this week to check in with yourself, explore the possibilities and move closer to not just your “ideals” but your best possible self.

We’d love to hear what your next actions will be. Share them on our Facebook page or send them to us at info@transforminc.com. If you want to learn more about your Enneagram Type or filling the gap between your current and ideal work environment, feel free to reach out to us at info@transforminc.com.
