A Grounding Body Practice

As we enter into a new season, it’s a good time to think about how we want to transition into this new season.  What are the things you do to transition into Fall?  This week’s Tip is another grounding practice that may just help you with this transition. Theresa offers a short video on a practice that takes about a minute to do but gets you out of your head and heart and into your body with movements that activate the body’s energy and grounds you in the present moment. It is here, in the present moment, that you can gain some insights into what your transition into Fall can and will be.
