The article summarized that successful transformation occurs in organizations when 1) leadership’s (CEO and Senior Leadership) commitment to the change is visible; 2) clear and frequent communicate occurs; 3) information about the transformation process is readily accessible; and 4) the ability for frontline employees to “see” visible, [positive] changes in their day-to-day work.
