“First to be recognized as an IEA Accredited Enneagram School with Distinction!
The IEA and its Accreditation Committee and global Board of Directors are delighted to recognize The Narrative Enneagram, an IEA Accredited Enneagram School founded by and carrying on the work and legacy of IEA founders David Daniels and Helen Palmer, as the first IEA Accredited Enneagram School with Distinction!
The Narrative Enneagram (TNE) began teaching and certifying Enneagram students 34 years ago and has certified over 1,200 Enneagram teachers and practitioners in the Narrative Enneagram tradition since. As the longest running IEA Accredited Enneagram School in the world, it has presented trainings in 16 countries worldwide. Since its founding as an Enneagram Professional Training Program, it has evolved into an educational non-profit membership organization with a faculty, board and staff with long-standing, collective experience unmatched in the global Enneagram community. In addition to teaching over 1,000 students last year, TNE has created a diverse international community of students and practitioners connecting through member gatherings, events and news and communication channels.
TNE’s founders, faculty and Narrative-trained IEA Accredited Professionals have been actively involved in the creation and support of the IEA and its mission for many years. This commitment has been demonstrated repeatedly through presentations in IEA conferences and workshops, service on the IEA Board and committees, sponsorships, and promoting the core values and principles of the IEA’s Accreditation program:
- Maintaining a high standard of excellence and professionalism in Enneagram training,
- Abiding by the IEA’s Code of Ethics and actively participating in the IEA’s efforts to maintain a high ethical standard in Enneagram teaching, and
- Dedication to the growth and integrity of the larger Enneagram community through participation in the IEA and support of its mission and programs
The designation of IEA Accredited Enneagram School with Distinction was recently created to recognize the Accredited Enneagram Schools and certification programs that have achieved and maintain the highest levels of excellence, ethics, integrity, longevity and positive impact in the overall Enneagram field and in the IEA community. Selection requires approval by both the Accreditation Committee and the IEA global Board. The Narrative Enneagram is a truly outstanding embodiment of the required characteristics. Its founders, faculty and certified graduates have made tremendous contributions and had a large positive impact on both the IEA and the broader Enneagram community through their teaching, writing and work across a wide variety of applications.
