What is the value I am getting from my leadership coaching sessions?
As a person in a leadership position at a small company (1-10 employees), it is wonderful to have someone with who I can discuss issues. It’s as if I have my own sounding board to throw ideas off of. Mary Anne Wampler, principal of Transform, has helped me figure out ways to address both simple and very complex issues. She doesn’t force the solution but provides various thoughts on topics I bring to our one-on-one sessions and I always walk away knowing how I plan to approach the problem back at the office. She has bolstered my confidence and the energy I have after every session with Mary Anne is unparalleled.

When did you realize you needed a leadership coach?
The evolution of my leadership role began to develop into one which has me dealing with more difficult client and employee issues. I wanted to get better at presenting myself in client meetings and in dealing with office issues.
