Fast Company has named its 2013 50 Most Innovative Companies. The Top 20 companies (see the list below) include the names of some you know and some you may have never heard of before. In reading about these companies, we wonder what makes some companies on the cutting edge of innovation and change and what holds others behind?

Most of us try to be open to change and most of us know, intellectually, that to survive, we must constantly be “making changes to anything established.” So we ask you: “How innovative is your company?  How much time and energy do you devote to learning how to innovate and creating a culture of innovation?”

To the companies named “Most Innovative” we say bravo — well done!
